Tial (F38-1.0) 38 MM, External Wastegate (1.0 Bar / 14.50 PSI) Silver Color, 2 Bolt Flange, Universal Applications

Tial 38mm Wastegates are constructed of oxidation and carburization resistant nickel based super alloy valves, cast 347 stainless steel alloy valve housings, billet aluminum CNC machined actuator housings, and Nitronic 60 stainless steel valve guide and seat. High temperature materials were selected for their unique combination of high corrosion, wear, and galling resistance properties. Tial wastegates also utilize high temperature Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragms. Designed in optimal actuator to valve area ratio of 2.2:1 has been incorporated to provide maximum control and wide dynamic flow capacity. A 17-7PH stainless steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at elevated temperatures in excess of 900°F (433°C). The 38mm works with Turbonetics Deltagate flanges.
